FROM RFQ TO PRODUCTION

Confirm the details that make a part ready to manufacture.

A useful RFQ is more than a shape. Wanxin reviews construction, tolerance, presentation, inspection and packing with the intended assembly process.

Drawing & critical dimensions

DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF or image; mark critical dimensions, holes and assembly datums.

Material & layer construction

Confirm grade, thickness, adhesive system, liner and the cut depth required for each layer.

Sample & first-article approval

Check fit, appearance, release sequence and agreed functional items before repeat production.

Delivery format for assembly

Choose individual pieces, sheets or rolls, including pitch, winding direction, tabs and split liners.

Inspection plan

Define incoming, first-article, in-process and outgoing checks around the drawing and acceptance standard.

Packing & lot traceability

Protect surfaces and edges, identify lots and retain the production and inspection records required by the project.
