FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT ENGINEERINGHeat, EMI, short circuit, water, dust, vibration or weak bonding.
Match geometry and assembly constraints to material and process.
Feasible standard projects can be sampled in 1–3 days after confirmation.
First article, production checks, progress updates and lot delivery.
Choose the closest symptom. It will be included with the RFQ so our engineering team can review the application, drawing and requirements together.
Define the gap, contact pressure and heat path before selecting a thermal interface.
Review shielding continuity, grounding and available assembly space.
Start with voltage, thickness and environmental requirements.
Consider surfaces, loads, temperature and assembly method together.
Define the seal path, closed-cell foam, compression ratio and assembly conditions together.
Compare alternatives against the original specification and validation criteria.
Match mesh, foam, fabric and adhesive construction to the opening, airflow, light path and assembly method.
Review optical area, appearance, protective-film sequence, cleanliness and assembly datum together.
Submit your contact details and the problem you need to solve. Add a drawing or technical details if available; Wanxin reviews the material, process and manufacturability before replying.

Each case explains the problem the part solves, how it is made and how quality is checked before repeat production.
Three on-site videos show the Wanxin workshop, 3M adhesive tape converting and conductive-fabric die cutting. Click any video to play it, while the project path beside them explains how an order moves toward controlled delivery.
Application, material, stack-up, tolerances and annual demand.
Match material construction and converting route to the required function.
Confirm dimensions, assembly fit and the agreed customer test criteria.
First article, in-process checks, inspection, packaging and release.
Incoming material inspection, first-article confirmation, in-process quality checks, final inspection and release are defined around the part and customer requirements.

Start with your name, work email, company and the problem. Drawings, material, dimensions, quantity and schedule can be added when available.
The online RFQ accepts PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, PNG and JPG. DXF geometry can be previewed directly in the browser.
Yes. Material selection starts with the required function, operating conditions, assembly surfaces, thickness, validation criteria and cost target.
Typical families include adhesive and stretch-release tapes, PET, PI, PVC and PC films, Mylar, optical lenses, carbon-fiber composite sheets, thermal silicone pads, conductive fabric and foam, copper and aluminum foil, EVA, PORON, closed-cell foam, silicone, rubber, dust mesh and acetate cloth. Final process, brand and grade are confirmed against the drawing.
Closed-cell foam and elastomer gaskets can support water and dust sealing when the material, joint design, compression ratio, adhesive and assembly are validated together. A target IP rating is only stated after product-level testing.
The route normally covers requirement and DFM review, material and process proposal, prototype or sample validation, first-article confirmation and controlled production.
Use email or an agreed secure channel for original files. Storage, access and deletion requirements should be confirmed for each confidential project.
No. Start with the part function, application, material if known, approximate size, quantity and target schedule. A drawing or CAD file is helpful but optional; engineering confirms the formal price after the construction is reviewed.
Wanxin engineering reviews the drawing or part requirement, material grade, thickness, layers, tolerances, quantity, tooling, inspection and delivery format before issuing a formal quotation. The website does not generate an automatic price.
Yes. Sample construction is reviewed against fit, function and acceptance criteria before first-article and repeat production. For feasible standard projects, sample timing is agreed after the material and construction are confirmed.
Start with your contact details and the problem. Add a drawing when available; we respond with the next step and keep progress visible through delivery.
After receiving usable project information, our sales and engineering team confirms receipt and returns the quotation or the specific information still needed.
Drawing, material, process, tolerance and delivery questions are passed to the responsible workshop or engineer for a practical answer.
Set up the review path, responsible contact, milestones and next actions so purchasing and engineering teams know the current status.
Samples are free. For feasible standard projects, samples can be prepared in 1–3 days after drawing and material confirmation.
Support progress photos and milestone updates through material preparation, production, inspection, packing and shipment.
Only four fields are required to start. PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP and images are optional; every project can request samples.
